You will be visited by one of our Service Managers at your convenience for a discussion in the comfort of your own home at no extra cost.

Prior to your first clean visit, your specific needs are relayed to your cleaner so they know exactly what is required. Our Staff are bound by a strict working protocol including completion of a personalised work checklist.

You will have access to your Personal Service Manager should you have any further queries.

Evaluations are carried out quarterly to ensure that standards are kept at their highest, and to give clients the opportunity to relay any feedback.
