What areas do you cover?

We cover London and Surrey.

What are your working hours?

Our working hours operate Monday- Friday 8am- 6pm.

For emergency weekend bookings please call our out of hours team who will be more than happy to help.

Are your staff insured?

All work undertaken by Regency Edwards is covered by full public liability insurance.

Will it be the same cleaner every time?

Yes. We understand that this is a preferred option. Under normal circumstances we endeavor to send you the same cleaner.

What happens if my cleaner is ill or on holiday?

There is no need to worry, you will never be left without a cleaner we will always have a replacement for you.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

We have a 30 day written cancellation period. If you wish to cancel immediately a cancellation fee is applicable.

Are cleaning products provided?

All cleaning materials and equipment will need to be available at your premises for the required work, unless otherwise agreed with Regency Edwards. Cleaning products can be provided at an additional cost.

How are payments made?

There are a number of payment options available, Regency Edwards accepts cash, bank transfers, standing orders and cheques.

Do I need to be home whilst the clean is taking place?

No. There is no need to interrupt your daily activities as all our staff are able to clean your home without supervision.
